Stockholm · European privacy

Your biological data belongs to you.

Single Labs is built in Stockholm under European data protection law. We designed the platform so the most sensitive information about you — your biology — is treated with the level of care it deserves.

Jurisdiction

Stockholm-based, EU-regulated

Single Labs operates from Sweden and processes data within the European Union under GDPR. This gives you the strongest set of statutory rights for personal data anywhere in the world.

Encryption

Encrypted at rest and in transit

Biological samples and derived molecular data are encrypted end-to-end. Decryption keys are segregated from raw data, and access is governed by individually attributable, auditable events.

Transparent AI

Explainable, not extractive

Our models produce explanations alongside conclusions: which biological signals moved, which pathways are implicated, and which prior samples shaped the interpretation. Training data is governed under contract and consent.

Your rights

Access, export, delete — anytime

You can download your biological data in open formats, ask us to delete it, or revoke participation in any research collaboration. We confirm completion of every request in writing.

Research

Opt-in, never assumed

Contributing to scientific research is optional, granular, and revocable. Data leaving the platform for research is de-identified and limited to the specific purpose you authorise.

Our commitment

We will never sell biological data. We will never share it with insurers, employers, or advertisers. Every AI interpretation runs on systems we control, under our Swedish jurisdiction. You can export or delete your data at any time.
